Recently, the Ministry of Education announced the approval results of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs in the first half of 2021, and the program of undergraduate education in Sports Economy and Management cooperatively run by Chengdu Sport University (CDSU) and University of Southern Indiana in the United States has been officially approved, which enables CDSU to successfully achieve a "zero" breakthrough in Sino-foreign cooperative education.

A teaching and management team for this program will be established jointly by CDSU and University of Southern Indiana to jointly develop talent training programs and implement teaching plans, and issue bachelor's degree certificates to undergraduates who meet the graduation requirements of the two universities. Through this program, CDSU will also introduce high-quality education and teaching resources from University of Southern Indiana, and one-third or more of the faculty members will come from University of Southern Indiana, which will effectively promote the construction of the teaching staff, optimize the structure of teachers, and boost international talent training to a new level.
