On October 18, Presentation on Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) cultural and sports events for 2020 was held in Beijing to announce the official launch of 2020 to 2021 SCO cultural and sports events.

Representatives of the All-China Women's Federation, the SCO Committee for Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation, the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, as well as foreign diplomatic envoys from SCO countries in China, representatives of young students from various countries, attended the event.

The year 2021 marks the 20th anniversary of SCO, and the SCO secretariat will host a series of cultural and sports events.

As the Chengdu branch of the SCO Culture and Sports Presentation, CDSU held the launching ceremony of the SCO Chengdu Running Group. President Shu Weiping delivered a speech and gave the start signal for the marathon, and students from School of Wushu also gave us a wonderful Taijiquan group performance. This cooperation is a symbol of the win-win cooperation and the common vision achievement between our school and SCO. CDSU will also deepen its cooperation with SCO later on, and will carry out a series of activities such as the SCO University Students Football Cup and Principals Forum, etc.
