At the beginning of the golden autumn, the ending of the summer, the school ushered in more than 80 international students from more than 30 countries around the world to study. On the morning of September 2, the opening ceremony of the 2019-2020 academic year was held in the Huaixian teaching Building.

Wang Xuefei, police officer of the Exit-Entry Management Brigade of the Wuhou District Bureau of Chengdu Public Security Bureau, the teachers of the international students, and the staff of the International office of the school attended the ceremony.

Deng Nan, an international student from Ukraine, spoke on behalf of international students. Deng Nan shared with the freshmen his feelings and gains from learning in CDSU, and thanked the teachers for their help and care. Also, he encouraged freshmen to seize opportunities and study hard.

In addition, Officer Wang introduced relevant Chinese laws and regulations for international students, reminding students to abide by the law and keep away from drugs, and introduced the visas, accommodation registration, work permit handling methods and precautions to international students in detail. Ms. Wang Yuling, the International Student Management Section of the International Office of the School, has carried out the entrance education activities for international students including the regulations on the management of international students, attendance, and classroom discipline.

The international students are about to open a new chapter in CDSU, wishing them a good knowledge, an excellent character, and sincere friendships.
