Registration Procedures
Day of Registration | -Purchase medical insurance -Register and collect orientation package -Pay tuition -Collect scholarship stipends (if any) -Sign up for other orientation activities -Obtain Campus Card |
1-2 weeks after registration | -Obtain student ID -Visa/Residence Permit application |
All students have to register on their designated day of registration. Students must bring the following documents to register.
1. Admission Notification (original copy)
2. Visa Application for Study in China form (JW201/JW202 form) (original copy)
3. Physical examination record and blood test reports (original in Chinese/English , if available)
4. Passport and valid visa
5. 2-inch photos (at least 2 copies)
Please keep in mind that no one can register on your behalf.
Students must have cleared their tuition payment by the end of the day of registration. Otherwise, the registration process cannot be completed.
Students are required to arrive no later than the day of registration (specific date is written on the admission letter). Those who will be arriving late must write a letter to the International Students Division, informing the staff of your late arrival and its reasons.
Students who have not registered after two 2 weeks since their designated day of registration will be dismissed from the university.
